Not just in broad day light, buy in a crowded street in Manhattan. The
New York Police Department have released shocking CCTV footage which
showed Brandon Lincoln Woodard, 31,
from Los Angeles, walking and texting on his phone last Sunday as his
killer walked
almost beside him on a busy Manhattan Street. The unidentified gunman pulled a gun out of his pocket (pictured above), and shot Brandon in the head at close
range. Police believe it was a targeted hit.
The cold-blooded killer was said to have followed Brandon for about ten minutes before killing him. After shooting Brandon, he simply turned and walked
away, then got into a waiting Lincoln MKZ sedan and fled. He is still at
large. Police are hunting for the suspect and detectives are gathering
information at the scene.
Brandon Woodard was said to have been trying to turn around a life of
crime after being arrested on a number of charges and was studying law
